• Smoother onboarding: New healthcare organizations joining the Medial Health platform needed a clear, secure sign-up and access process so they could get up and running quickly.

We built a solution that addressed both needs so Medial Health could offer a stronger product to their clients.

• Secure email messaging: We designed and built an email messaging system so clinics and patients can communicate safely and efficiently, with security and compliance built in from the start.
• Onboarding platform: We created an onboarding flow so new organizations can join the Medial Health ecosystem easily. We used Auth0 for secure sign-in and added role-based access so each user only sees what they’re allowed to—reducing setup time and keeping access under control.
