Important Information

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before applying to the Rocketship accelerator program. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • Applicants must be citizens of a CARICOM member country.
  • The program is open to founders based anywhere, provided they meet eligibility requirements.

CARICOM member countries include: Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.

2. Program Commitment

  • Rocketship is a hybrid program; in-person participation is available exclusively to participants based in Saint Lucia, while participants outside Saint Lucia may join virtually. All participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and consistent engagement throughout the program.
  • At least one founder must actively participate throughout the Program.
  • Consistent attendance and execution are expected.

3. Application & Selection

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Orbtronics reserves the right to select participants based on readiness, fit, and cohort balance.
  • Incomplete or misleading applications may result in disqualification.

4. Program Participation

  • Rocketship is an execution-focused program; outcomes depend on founder effort and engagement.
  • Orbtronics does not guarantee investment, funding, revenue, or commercial success.
  • Participants remain fully responsible for their businesses and decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property developed by participants remains the sole property of the founders.
  • Participation in Rocketship does not grant Orbtronics ownership or rights to participant IP.

6. Media & Content Usage

  • Participants authorize Orbtronics Ltd and its partners to capture and use their likeness and participation (including photography, audio/video recordings, and testimonials) in program reporting, marketing, publications, and ecosystem storytelling.
  • Participants waive any claim to future compensation or royalties and relinquishes the right to inspect or approve the final media in which their likeness appears.
  • No confidential business information will be shared without explicit permission.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully with mentors, facilitators, and peers.
  • Disruptive or unprofessional behaviour may result in removal from the program.

8. Program Changes

  • Orbtronics reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, or facilitators where necessary.
  • Any material changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Orbtronics is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the program.
  • Participation is at the founder's own risk.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to the Rocketship accelerator program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an application.
